Roof leaks damage building interior, ceilings, ruin equipment or inventory and diminish the value of the real estate. Leak Service is provided upon request for any commercial or industrial building with a signed work order or purchase order. We must have the work order or purchase order prior to dispatching a serviceman to your location. If we must prevent water entry while it is still raining, the emergency repair must be considered temporary and a permanent repair will need to be done when the roof is dry. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our labor rate for this work during normal business hours is competitive, Calls for service after normal business hours, weekends and holidays are at additional cost.

A similar maintenance program can be applied to roofs not installed by us, however, as there is no contractor's warranty on roofs installed by others, repairs not covered by the terms of our maintenance program are subject to charge.
